I'm a skilled leader and full-stack software developer who quickly adapts to new technologies and subject matter. My passion is for creating and leading teams where team members are productive, respected and have the ability to grow. I love clever, elegant software solutions to genuine business and user problems.
I have natural leadership qualities that shine when looking after teams of mixed skill sets — enabling people, removing noise, and creating space for great work. I work best in agile environments where I can be sure the work I'm doing is of most benefit to the business.
While software and technology is my core, I believe that the best line of code is one that you don't have to write.

A few short term contracting roles, with plenty of time in between to try AI tooling as it is emerging (and spend time with the family!). The focus is on learning and sharpening the tools.
Leading the engineering function across facility management software. Setting technical direction, managing delivery, contributing code, and driving engineering excellence in a SaaS environment.
